Delivery information
For in stock items, I aim to despatch your order within three working days, so you can expect delivery within five working days – if you live in Canada or the United States, this will take a little longer and depends on postal service timings in your country. Please note that at busy times or if an item is out of stock, it will take me longer to despatch items to you, but I will notify you of this by email.

Standard UK Delivery
Standard Delivery within the UK is free for all website purchases.
I will send your order by First Class Royal Mail Signed For and it will generally be delivered with your normal post but will require a signature on delivery. Please contact me if you would like your order to be sent to an alternative delivery address.

Special Delivery in the UK

If you need your order quickly, I can send it by Special Delivery which is guaranteed to reach you the next working day (subject to stock availability and post office opening hours). Special Delivery costs £4.00.

Please note that Royal Mail requires a signature for Special Delivery packages, so someone needs to be available to sign for it at the delivery address.

Delivery to Canada or the United States
​
I can deliver to addresses in Canada and the United States for a charge of £10.00. Please be aware that local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches you. I have no control over these charges, so unfortunately cannot predict what they will be.

I do not currently deliver to the EU.

Gift wrapping
​
My jewellery is beautifully presented in boxes or packaging appropriate to each piece to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you are buying jewellery as a gift, I can include a card or gift wrapping and arrange delivery to an alternate address. Please contact me by email to arrange this.
